Niki Houses are located below the castle in a quiet neighborhood just a short distance from the centre of the Paleochora town. Both the sandy (Pachia Ammos) and the pebble (Halikia) beaches are very close.

The ground floor is a house of a hundred square meters, it consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washing machine, a kitchen fully equipped, a sitting room with a fireplace, and a private garden. (Air conditioning is included in both rooms and the sitting room)

The upper House is eighty square meters, it consists of two bedrooms a bathroom, a kitchen facility fully equipped, a sitting room and a spacious veranda with sea view. (Air conditioning is included in both rooms and the sitting room)

Each apartment can accommodate up to six persons.

Description:

Two large (100 and 80 sq.m.) and comfortable apartments close to the Paleochora beach. Both apartments are fully equipped and each one can accommodate up to six persons. The apartments are air conditioned and have one dinning room and two bedrooms each.

Niki Houses Paleochora are available for rent throughout the year.
